The website

This site describes review services. It is not an offer to contract until we send a written scope and you accept it. Pages may change as our work changes. Do not rely on a cached description of a review if we have already sent you a scope note.

You may browse, print, and share links for ordinary business use. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs it, present our pages as your own, or use our name to imply a completed audit that we did not perform.

Engagements

A review starts only when both sides have a written scope: journeys, platforms, artefacts, dates, fee, and retest window. Email agreement to that scope is enough. The website contact form is a request for a briefing, not a booking.

You remain responsible for your applications, store accounts, customers, and legal duties. Our findings are observations from the agreed week. They are not a certification, a guarantee of store approval, or a warranty that no other issues exist.

Your artefacts

You warrant that you may give us the builds, accounts, and notices we need. You must not send production secrets through the public form. After we reply, we will name a path for artefacts.

We use engagement files only to perform the review and the agreed retest. We do not use your app as a marketing sample without a separate written permission.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian ringgit unless the scope says otherwise. This website does not take card payments or run a checkout. Payment is by the method named in the scope, usually a bank transfer to an account we print on the invoice.

Work is invoiced as the scope describes: often a booking amount to hold the week, then the balance before or on delivery of the memo. Refund rules are on the refund page.

Confidentiality

We treat your artefacts and findings as confidential. We may name the fact of an engagement only if you agree in writing. Anonymised process notes on this site are not about a named client.

Limitation

To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, store rejection, or indirect loss arising from use of the site or from a review, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Johor Bahru have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will date the page. For an active engagement, the terms in the scope note control if they differ from this page.
